Rattling noise from engine bay while in gear and coasting

I noticed this the other day when driving home from work. After the car was hot, it started making a quiet rattling noise from behind the firewall around the center console when in gear and coasting. Didn't seem to be speed or RPM dependent, nor did it matter what gear I was in. Disappears after going below about 25mph. I checked both fans for debris, but didn't see any.

Didn't notice it when starting up the car, but once warmed up, the sound returned. What could this be?

I'd guess bearings in one or more of the drive belt guide rollers or water pump. Neither issue particularly difficult or expensive to resolve. You'll need to remove the engine cover behind your seats where you most likely can zero in on the source. Good luck.

Thanks. I'm still under warranty for... 3 months? I'll get it checked out.

When coasting and you hear the noise, shift to neutral. Any change? Rev the engine while in neutral. Any change?

Doesn't seem to occur when I'm standing still oddly. I need to do more testing.

No sound when clutch is depressed or when pulled out of gear. It's only when decelerating in gear, regardless of gear, after the engine warms up. I guess I'll take it in and let them check it out.

Maybe the throttle body is flapping around a bit?
