Please post For Sale links to potential CaymanSpec "donor cars". Examples are well modified track cars and high-mileage or damaged early cars with lower price points (<$33,000).

Please do not post links to general Caymans for sale (they will be deleted).

Cheers,

It is OK to post for sale ads for either race-prepped Caymans or lower-cost donor cars (< $33K). What we will not allow is posting of general Caymans for sale.

The car listed by Maxxam is an excellent race prepped car and acceptable to this forum, however I know this car well and I encourage the poster to correct several errant statements in the listing (e.g., weight (saw the car on the scale), custom radiators (?), GT3 rear sway bar (not possible), etc.).

If the statements are not corrected in a reasonable time we will remove the listing (this goes for any listing with a known error). Please contact me via PM if you want to chat.

Cheers,

Cheers,
Thank you for the heads up. I am listing this vehicle for a friend of mine (who is the original owner). I was given a summary of the major modifications done to the car and apologize if there are a few details in my post that are not correct. Be assured they are not intentionally incorrect. I will review the work orders on the vehicle and try to elaborate on the cooling system and sway bar. Also, if anyone is seriously interested in this car, they are very welcome to contact the fine folks at Vision Motorsports as they did all the prep work and know the car intimately.

Please do post the weight as you saw it on the scale; that would be appreciated!

Links to detailed pictures have now been added.
Also, PM sent.
