Both seats ready to rock and roll. Wife actually prefers these to the stock seats. Very comfy, easy entry/exit and stock belts work great with them.

Re: Rottech Install Results

Well, I've since sold these seats. I found a set of beautiful Porsche GT2 seats. They were not cheap, but they have airbags in them that plug right in to the Porsche plugs so no airbag lights on the dash. They are also very solid and secure. The look is only slightly better than these ROTtechs, but they are so much stronger and a bit lighter. I'm happy with these seats. BTW, for anyone getting into track driving and needing a good driver's seat, I have a Recaro Profi XL with rails and sliders for Cayman/Boxster. I've had this seat installed in my car and it works fine. Very few miles on it. Was going to get a second one and decided to buy the used GT2 seats instead. The XL is great because it's wider and a bit easier to get in and out of and allows you to move around a little. I did one 700 mile trip in it and was fine. It will hold you in very well without using the wheel to keep you in position during hard turning but allows some blood circulation and movement. Profi XL is a race bucket. It doesn't recline or fold forward. Very light and strong. It is legal for the most advanced PCA DE classes. I'd like to get it out of my garage. It's in beautiful shape. Have photos. PM if you want it.
