Hi Everybody!

Going to be picking up a set of wheels, they're going to be 19x8.5 +40 / 19x11 +48

I've been reading around, and it seems like the "ideal" offset for an 11" Rear, is +40? I guess that means I'll need an 8MM Spacer?

I'm trying to run a 235/35/19 or 245/35/19 & 305/30/19 setup.

Can anybody shed some light on whether this is doable? I know I'll need to roll my fenders front/rear, which isn't a problem. I also know the TechArt Wheels is a 19x11 +40 (After Spacer), and they recommend a 305/30/19 too.

Does it rub on the inner shock if the car is too low? Or does that not matter, and as long as it clears, it'll clear no matter how high/low you are?

Can't help out at the back but 235x35x19 are standard fit on some 987's, i just went back to that size today after running 245x35x19's for the last two years with no issues.

I was running 19x11 with a 38mm offset 295/30/19 on my previous 987.1. Please check the classified ad for the full specs. Fit was quite good but could have had a more aggressive offset. My car was lowered with H&R springs and there was no rubbing.

Hope that helps.

Do you know how much inner clearance you had to the Suspension?

Any more photos by any chance?

I did not measure the space between the suspension. What other photos would you need?

That 305 in the back is a fat tire man. I'd be worried about it rubbing. And the fenders are already tucked pretty good from the factory, you'd actually be changing the shape of the fender if you rolled them any further.
