When we spec wheels we go 11.0 et38, 10.5 et 38 or 10.0 et36. Some 275's will fit on a 11 inch wheel, but we put them on teh 10.5 and the 10.0 wheels. On the 11, the 295 is the best fit. If you run coilovers you need to be careful with the lower spring perch and limit how low the offset is which often means using a 10.5 or 10.0.

Here are some pics of a 10.0 et36 Champion Motorsport wheel that has proven very popular for us. The tire is a 275/35/19 and the car runs KW V3 coilovers and -2.1 degrees of rear camber. A 10.5 wheel with a 34 offset will move the outside lip out another 9mm, which will work. The tire centerline will only move 2mm more outboard. That combo will be within 1mm of our 11 et 38 wheel in terms of outside lip location.
