I am the owner of a 2010 Cayman S which has done about 60,000 kms. Ilive in Bahrain

I have been noticing that at low speeds, especially between say 0 to about 20 kmph, power output is somewhat jerky – both when speed is increasing and decreasing. It would appear as if there is a lag in the gears shifting from 1 to 2 and vice versa. Or enough fuel is not reaching the engine. Beyond about 20 kmph everything is perfect. Any idea what could this be due to?

Thank you for your time

You have direct injection.

Have you had any kind of direction injection cleaner and or service performed? If not this may be your first consideration and or direction to check.

I had a similar issue previously:
- changed the brand of fuel
- changed spark plugs (it was close to 60k kms already)
- did a hydrogen combustion treatment (do a search here)
- and if you have PDK - it may be a good idea to change the clutch fluid

Well, try to change the clutch fluid and see some results. I think it would be a better one
