Don't assume the TSBs will be covered out of warranty. I had a Highlander with a TSB for belt tensioner that was only covered during the car's waranty period. I had to pay for the fix.

What are these TSB's for? I never had a complaint that resulted in a TSB being applied.

I assume even though my car is out of warranty, I can still get the TSB's taken care of.
I would guess there is good chance Porsche would take care of any fix addressed by a TSB, if your car actually has the problem addressed by the TSB. If you are asking if you could go to the dealer and have them just blanket do all the TSB's, then the answer is no. It is a TSB, and not a recall, because it only affect some vehicles.

My car was built on the 21st of March 2016, I'm hoping I don't have a whole lot to look forward to!

I've got a 2013BS under a cpo warranty. The only thing I noticed was the auto start/stop never works. No idea if it's because of a defect or conditions.

Other than that, the car has been rock solid for 31k miles.

About half of them are just software reflashes, it looks like.

Just be glad you didn't buy a first-year C7 Corvette. :crazy:
Dealers apply required TSBs during routine maintenance. In 2014 when I brought my car in for its first oil change, the SA told me that they applied one. When I took my car in for its last service under warranty, I asked the SA to apply any TSBs that affected my car. He told me that there were none. So to the best of my knowledge only one of these TSBs were applied to my car.
