SOLD - 987 Exhaust Tip by AWE

987 Exhaust Tip by AWE
SOLD SOLD SOLD,

Selling a great condition 987.1 AWE exhaust tip. They are an X-pipe configuration and in polished chrome finish. I had it fitted to my AWE cat-back exhaust and currently fitted to my stock exhaust. I'm selling my 2006 boxster, so installing the stock tip once again. It is fitted on the car currently, but it takes 5 minutes to remove. These can be found for $650 or the comparable Fabspeed for $500. I'm asking $500 which includes USPS insured flat rate and signature confirmation. This was my favorite mod as the cat-back exhaust was too loud. The centered rear looks GT3 like. They fit the valence perfectly which can be seen by AWE's pictures. They will be spotless for the next owner as I will use Adam's polishes metal polish #1 and #2 before shipment. I would guess that there is a slight increase, like +1hp and a slight exhaust note change. Not louder, but more refined. I am pretty firm on the price as this is what I paid for them and you will not be able to get this high quality of a part any cheaper. It is also relatively rare to find these exhaust tips. Serious inquiries please message me and I'll respond quickly.

Thanks for looking

Just curious if these have an adjustable length of the pipe section? I would rather them not stick out too far.

Please let me know.
Thanks,

Randy

These do not have the adjustable length of pipe. I will capture pictures of how flush it sits on the bumper tonight and post them tomorrow. It is conservative and may be ideal visually. I never once thought that it looks aftermarket like some of the larger diameter pipes on the market. I also kept it parallel to the ground versus pointing it up or down which is the only adjustable aspect. If you look at the first picture it shows the only 2 clamps that hold it onto the cat-back. It is the same diameter as stock, but stock does not meet as an x-pipe like this one which is ideal for performance.
