I may be needing to replace mine. I saw EVOMs makes an upgraded version for the Turbos and I’m curious if this would work on our cars?

The 996 turbo still used the Mezger-design engine, so that probably wouldn't fit. I'm not sure if 997 turbo is the same. According to my copy of PET, the Cayman torque converter is part number 986.316.001.00. Check out the 997 part number and see if it is the same.
