Last night I attended the Heart of Racing fund raiser for the Seattle Children's Hospital. You may wonder why I post that in the Porsche Motorsport forum?

Well, the fund raiser was actually also the send-off party for Alex Job's racing team to the Daytona 24. Hosted at Barrier and by Don Kitch of the Team Seattle guild (Team Seattle - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) and owner or Proformance Racing. While the cars were unfortunately not available on site, Alex Job joined us from the shop via Skype:

If you want to pledge, check out The Heart of Racing or https://www.facebook.com/teamseattle.

and the video about them:

While the car had some issues that Porsche is still investigating, they did finish 15th and more importantly completed 639 laps which will result in over $200'000 raised for Seattle Children's Hospital.
