hi all
im going to install a set of B16(non PASM) on a cayman s
and my height is going to be around 2CM lower then stock for street use

want to know what is the best setting for stree and track
and what height is best for street use and any good and bad.

im also replacing all the top mount with new OEM ones(do i need the Front Shock Mount Bearings) for the B16 or that is for factory strud only???

It should work fine with your factory strut tops.

20mm drop should be fine. Try to dial in some extra negative camber in the front.

Check out this Bilstein manual http://cart.bilsteinus.com/pdfs/E4-WM4-Y566A00.pdf That shows what original parts you need and also gives a range of available height adjustment. The shock adjustments are not very sensitive but easily changed after installation. For the track I ran full stiff and full soft on the street. With good roads, a 20 mm drop should be O.K.

Is full soft like the same feeling as stock suspension or softer? Thanks!
