I have noticed that the front bumper cover and the roof trim which runs from front to back on each side and contains the roof rack mounting points are weathering to a different shade of white than the rest of the car. Is this a warranty issue? My car is a 100k mi. CPO. I don't believe this should be happening to a car of this quality. Any ideas? Also have some hazing within the headlight module.

Thanks!

Ps...probably the rear bumper cover too .

It may have been repainted before you bought it. CPO permits some limited amount of repainting to take place but I can't find the reference.

It could be that the previous owner kept the car outside all the time. Based on location, maybe south Florida with high UV sunlight the plastic will fade faster than the metal.

Plastic is always a slightly different shade. It is really obvious? From what I've seen Porsche does a pretty amazing job of making the paint uniform from panel to panel, so maybe it is an isolated issue that needs addressing.
