Bought a cayenne turbo 06 has no ignition

Just bought a 2006 Cayenne Turbo it's been sitting for about three years but it has no ignition or key I was wondering what my next move would be the car has only about 67,000 miles on it is there any other problems for it sitting so long that I should worry about
