Yesterday my daughters school was having a dance for the grade 12 students who will be graduating at the end of the year.
We call it a "Matric Dance" in S.Africa. It's like a prom night I guess.

Now there we many lovely couples arriving in a variety of stretch limos and vintage vehicles.

Now that's so "old school"....pardon the pun.

One couple arrived in a boxster S.

Sorry for the poor quality pics.

You're in South Africa...

When I visited Cape Town back in 2010, it was a little heaven for sports cars. A limo would've looked odd down the street. Mainly there were plenty of Aston Martins along with Porsches.

Taking your Boxster to the prom was the right thing to do.

AGAIN, I love your country. I wish I can retire there one day.

Were you here for the soccer World Cup?

I live in Durban on the east coast. I like Cape Town but only in the summer. Winter is miserable.
Here in Durban we have mild winters.

I durban, not many exotic cars.

Also the prom was not my daughters (she is only in grade 7) and the boxster was brought by someone else at the school.

We have a good lifestyle in SA but the only problem is the government corruption and violent crime.

My dream is to retire in Malaysia!

No, I'm not into soccer or any regular sports. If it doesn't boost my adrenaline to the roof, I'm not interested.

I was there for bunjee jumping, shark diving, absailing, trecking... etc.
