Does it have the tools for removing the headlights and unlocking the cowl covering to get at the battery?
The only tools needed to remove the cowl cover over the battery is opposed thumbs. (Sorry, couldn't resist) It's so easy even a caveman could do it.

It just has twist locks. See the owners manual for a tour of your car please.

Totally agree! For $150, I'd better be getting a set of tools that do what they're supposed to do!

Maybe "recreational use" involves some kind of illicit substances...
