Had PCM replaced under warranty 2 weeks ago for inop CD player (no changer). Worked normally - last night I was hooking CTEK up and as I opened up the driver's side door. I heard the CD player making noises, very similar to ejecting noises, but no CD was in the player. Faulty unit, or user error? Anyone else experience this? Thanks!

Sounds like the CD eject switch is stuck, or possibly the replacement unit is also faulty. I would try hitting the eject switch a couple of times to see if it's just physically stuck. You also might try inserting a CD to see if that resets everything.

Otherwise, it's back to the dealer for another warranty service!

Pcm could be about to die happened to mine turned out the fault was in the pcm hardrive.

It was making the clicking noise as well

I'm waiting for the hard drive to be swapped and the software to be reinstalled
