I have seen some cool looking pics online showing Engine detailed and painted and was wondering if anyone in CA has any shops they recommend to do this project? Also be glad to see any pics anyone wants to share.

All of the posts I've read about clear engine cover installations/ engine dress-up have been documented DIY projects. It's a very easy but time-consuming task.

Hi Reptile,

I am sure you can paint your base engine as well! Take the engine cover off and see what there is to paint. Do you have a clear engine cover?
