Hi all,
New to both the forum and to Porsche's here.
I've recently brought a manual 2011 987.2 Cayman S.
Generally loving it however shifting from 1st to 2nd gear (and to a lesser extent 2nd to 3rd) when driving spiritedly and letting the clutch out quickly produces a violent judder/jerk.
As I say, I am new to Porsche's and am used to driving knackered old diesel vans for my business so i'm unsure if i'm just being stupid and need to get used to the car or if there is an issue.
The reputable dealer I purchased the car from fitted a new clutch and flywheel and I was aware some wearing in might be required but i've put about 700 miles on it now and am still noticing it. It drives fine under normal driving, i.e letting the clutch out slowly and perfectly shifting above 3rd
Basically letting the clutch out quickly makes it jerk/judder. Its still under warranty so am considering taking it back to the dealer and getting them to take a look but I wanted some advice on whether it sounds like its me or the car first!
Thanks in advance
