Well guys thanks for all the replies and advice, due to in stock availability and not having to wait 4 months for a custom order I have decided to go with the satin black hartman wheels and ps4s tires.
I like the idea of them being pretty easy to clean and also looking decent even with the brake dust on them, even though i like the chrome deep dish look the wait time and everyday cleaning is I feel gonna be too much....

I am sure these comments will offend some, but I favor OE wheels primarily because they are an integral part of a designers view of the entire product. For example, Porsche designers have avoided the "black hole" look by polishing the wheel's outer rim while leaving its center gloss black. Aside for many looking garish, some aftermarket wheels are just not safe.
