Custom wheels..what offset?

I am deciding on dedicated track wheels. I am considering BBS GT RS, CCW, Champion RG5's. Am going to go with 18 in wheels and probably 8.5F 10R. Probably going to go with 245F 275R. Was looking at some HRE wheels and they apparently will custom build to whatever offset you want. I see that many are using 15 and 7 mm spacers to get the wheel a bit closer to the fender edge. What offset would I need if I could order the offset in any amout and allow the wheels to reach the fender without using spacers? Is that even possible?

TIA

I'm running 8.5x19 with 50 mm and 245s and 10x19 with 43 mm and 275s with no spacers. Picture angles might be deceiving but the general consensus is they are just right.
Go to this thread http://www.planet-9.com/porsche-tires-wheels/25857-rac-monolite-wheels-photos-2.html, and page 1 for specs. I know they are 18", but offsets are similar for 19"

Good luck
I am happy to help you spec out a set of wheels for your Cayman. Please call me when you have a moment.
