Does anyone know what might be causing my door panel to separate? There does not seem to be any way to snap it back into position.

Well documented problem man. Hope this helps. That is the worst I've seen. Good luck.

I saw someone mention a recent part revision too, so hopefully they've solved it.

I had this issue on my 2014 Cayman also...it was under CPO, the dealer just simply ordered 2 new panels and replaced them on my car.
