Is Porsche relatively immune to the end of the year phenomenon?

Probably for in stock models there's some incentive to get them off the books, but what about taking a deposit to book an order?

IMO end of the year is more to do with the dealers than manufacturers.
I don't know what fiscal system Porsche follows but they don't care much about getting things off their plates.
Its the dealers that want to sell stuff and get their commissions.
Can't wait for the day when dealerships die and we get to direct-to-consumer model without the middleman.

Have a friend just bought a new 911 at the end of year with 25K off. All dealers, including Porsche, have quota to meet.

They had a bunch of Panamaras here that they were running ads in the paper for $20,000 off. They have several 911's for sale on their website, but no sales ads in the paper for those.
