The salt is definitely washed off the roads, along with some the roads as well! Come on out this Saturday, the first day of Spring, for the the kickoff event.

Where:
Woodland Bakery
650 Shunpike Road
Chatham, NJ

Note: Please do not park in the row in front of the shops as you enter the parking lot. The middle row and third/exit row are fine.

When:
Start time: 8:30AM

No need for a sign up sheet, if you're in the area and have some time, show up!

Re: First Cars and Croissants of 2010, Chatham, NJ Sat. 3/20

Hi Pete!
There is a DE at Thunderbolt that weekend too. It is PCA Schattenbaum. So Cars and Croissants or DE? I love warm weather, lots to do and see. :>

What kind of event is this?

Great to meet you boxzilla. I have a feeling we'll be seeing you at many of our future events.

Nice to see Retired-Teach and dima show some 986/987 support!

We were the only four mid-engined Porsches at the event. Oh, us and a 914. :hilarious:

Where were the rest of our NJ friends on a perfect day like today?

Ah well, here's what you missed...

This was a husband and wife team. Talk about a power couple!

There were several town officers in the parking lot checking things out too. They were car guys as well asking a bunch of questions. Too bad they received a call during the event and had to tear out of there.

Everyone was very mature and respectful at the event. No crazy revving of engines or burnouts. Some of the drivers did take advantage of a light next to the lot by winding things out a bit in first gear. It was interesting to hear all the different exhaust sounds. I'd put the speed ART sound up there with the best of them! ;)
