A new item for the 2007-08 GT3 & GT3 RS models. This is the same set which comes on the 2010 GT3, and we just installed them on a 2007 GT3. They are a direct fit, some minor triming of the brake shield is required.

They pull air from the underside of the car, and channel it to the rear brake system. This results in lower brake temperatures leading to greater braking performance under high loads, as well as reduced wear.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

You know we really need front radiator vents that exit outside the body of the car instead of into the front wheel well, one of the reasons some people suffer brake fade on hot days their radiators are dumping hot air into their brakes...

This is quite important for a 997 GT3 as the rear brakes + PSM et al activate the rear brakes a TON - indeed rear brake pad wear is DOUBLE...yes double that of the front.

Those rears get hot!

Is it an easy insulation for a 997 C2?
That's going to depend on whether or not the rear arms are the same for both the GT3 and the C2, I don't know for sure if they are but I bet if you call Suncoast, tell them you saw it here, they'd be able to help you out!
