Bought set of Brembo P65012N front ceramic pads, the calipers on the car are red and I've been told these ceramics aren't the right ones. Can anyone say if they're useable?

Looking them up - these are not front pads for your vehicle. I'd suggest using the Brembo lookup tool to find ones what will fit and work correctly.
