I had to take a day trip today to Montrose, CO. It is about a 5hr drive each way from where I live (just south of Denver). Since the weather is nice and the road clear, I decided to take the fun car. Not only was I "on the clock", but my company pays me for mileage. 10 hrs. of driving for 2 hours of actual work lol. I took the "back" way, which takes you through the mountains and over several of the passes. Elevations ranging from 5000ft to 11,000ft and temperatures from 16f to 65f, but it was a beautiful day. My only complaint was it was too cold to go topless :( . Here are some of the highlights:

What a great day!
Did you notice any power deficiency at altitude?

Nothing that I can notice. But the speed limit at the top of the passes tends to be on the low end. I did get 32mpg for the trip (calculated, not based off of trip computer)
