Came up with an idea after getting tired of dressing my cowl panel. I took the whole panel to my LineX professional and got it coated!! Worked out great!!!

OP, that's a pretty great idea. I've had a number of different things Line-X'd and the stuff is terrific. Easily kept up, too.

I've honestly thought about doing this with the door sill panels. They are constantly getting scuffed up and just look a bit dingy as a result.

Not having a pick-up, I'm not familiar with the Line-X product line. If they have a flat-black coating, that would be a great idea. I wonder how much it would cost.
