I believe it's available for download on the PCA Cayman Register website, under the Files tab. You need to sign up as a PCA member. The site is a great resource.
If you wish to have the hard copy books perhaps a reseller of Porsche parts might have a set, here's an example of such a place.

Mine just came in from Suncoast. It's beautiful. Happy to put it in the glove box to complete my 17 year old almost pristine Porsche.
