Give some thought to upgrading the low beams to 66340CBI bulbs, you'll like them even more. This is one of those subtle upgrades that you appreciate a little more every time you use it.

Yep. Kind of counterintuitive, but that's how it works. Upper bulb is low+high, lower is high only.

One of the things I noticed is that there no longer seems to be as much difference in color temperature when switching between low and high beams. It's as if the 66340CBIs are a better match for the high-beam halogens. They blend together nicely.

It really sucks that I didn't take a spectrum capture from the OEM 66340HBIs.

I always look at the Cayman and I am more reminded of the 904 and 906. Let the 911s have their round headlights...this I like a bit more.

I like both styles, and I like that they're different. That way, I don't accidentally wave to an oncoming 911 driver, and feel stupid when they won't wave back.
