I own a 2014 Cayman S which I bought new at 4 months old with 7,000 kms. It's now 11 months with 27,000kms.

Last week I noticed what seemed like a burning smell but not smoke. Just a smell of something hot and venting but I couldn't put my finger on it. Then I had the coolant warning light coming on notifying so I've topped it up.

When I was doing that I noticed the oil level was 1 above the lowest level which doesn't seem right as the last service was 12,000 kms ago.

When I topped it up with water, some dripped out below the car. I'm taking it into Porsche tomorrow but fear the worst :(

Any suggestions on what the problem might be? There are no warning lights etc coming on.
