Just to clarify unless I am misunderstanding your post.....its a fake. That is a custom wrap on the car to make it look like that, not real wear and tear. There were images of a new 911 circulating around recently with a similar wrap

It's a liquid rubber wrap base coat with hand-painted weathered effects on top. Takes about 12 days to paint.
