Is there any way to use 996 GT3 first gen PCCB calipers on a 987.2 car by changing the uprights? If so can someone give me part numbers for the uprights?

thanks

The part numbers for the uprights used for Option code I450 PCCB on 2010 Cayman from the PET are 997 341 157 25 for left and 997 3412 158 25 for right. A cheaper approach might be to talk to Duane at Vision Motor Sports, a P-9 sponsor. They have adapter bolts that allow the stock Cayman uprights to be used with 2004 GT3 6 pot calipers ( non-pccb ). These adapter bolts are part of the Vision Motor Sports BBK ( 2 350mm AP rotors/hats, 2 2004 GT3 calipers, adapter bolts )

Thanks for the response Rob! Do you know if the PCCB calipers offered via option code 450 on 987.2 cars are the same as the original 996 GT3 PCCB calipers? I thought I read somewhere that the Cayman PCCB uprights aren't compatible with the original GT3 PCCB calipers only with the gen 2 calipers. The Vision BBK kit if more $ the I want to spend. I'm looking at a used set.

The PCCB caliper part numbers are 996 351 431 31 for left and 996 351 432 31 for the right as listed in PET for option I450.

For the 2005 GT3 with PCCB option M450 the caliper part numbers are 996 351 431 30 for left and 996 351 432 30 for the right.

They are one digit off.......

Thanks again I believe my car would only work with the gen 2 calipers (ending in 31?) because it doesn't appear Porsche makes the correct uprights for the original PCCB calipers.
