PDK failure on 2013 981 Cayman 2.7

I had a very similar condition at one time. This was corrected by replacing several pins in the TCU connector (power, ground etc). Not many common items for those sensors so it should be fairly easy to figure out. Like jrichar suggested I'd check the supply voltages and ground at the transmission connector first. Try wiggling the wires at each connector while doing so.

Also, disconnect the transmission side connector. Look for any pushed back or damaged pins or any signs of corrosion. For good measure spray some contact cleaner on both sides of the connector and seat and unseat a few times.
 
I agree that most of that looks quite normal. Sensor 4 in R is of concern, it should be closer to 80%. Anything over 89% will result in a failure. I don't see how a failure of that sensor can cause all the others to fail unless perhaps there was a short that pulled down the supply voltage... You may want to try to warm it up further while monitoring sensor #4 behavior.
