Hey guys, I've looked around quite a bit and haven't had much luck. I need to buy a new key case but haven't found any OEM ones. Anyone have any suggestions?

Just buy one of the Chinese ones off Ebay/amazon. That's what I did for mine when one of my buttons fell off my OEM one. As far as I can tell there is no difference other than price.

Depending on what pieces you need I just swapped the front case onto mine which only took 5mins. If you want to swap all the internals from the old key to the new one but this will probably take an hour or so.

I did exactly the same (the buttons broke off).

the new faceplate clicked right into the old base/key, no need to move over anything. Took 6 weeks or so to arrive as it appear to ship from Hong Kong. Hard to beat for the cost of what a new one at the dealer.

I damaged one of my 981 key fobs (long story). The electronics still worked but the four buttons on top were gone and the chrome piece on nose was damaged. I read on P9 that you can only get the key replaced at the dealer and they have to gen it to your car. Cost is over $500. So I looked on eBay and found an used OEM replacement fob for $59. I received it today and popped the parts from it onto my old key. I also bought the Guards Red side panels for it on Amazon for only $7.00. They came in a Porsche box so not a knock-off. Here is what the key looks like now, $66 later instead of +$500 from dealer. (I was glad Porsche made the key in such a way that individual parts could be popped off and on).
