In the just released movie Fracture, Sir Anthony Hopkins's character drives a Carrera GT. His wife's character drives a Boxster before he murders her. The young Assistant D. A. drives a lovely vintage BMW 3.0 CSI which has always been one of my favorite cars.

Did you see the movie? Is it worthwhile aside from the cars? Any nice action (car action, that is) sequences?

Eh, this is so not fair.

The first spot, without a single ounce of doubt, goes to movie Le Mans (1971). All cars, no exception. From 917s racing Ferrari 512s all the way to plain-Jane 911 used for grocery-getting and all others in the mix on and off the track.

About 7 hours later, the second finisher crosses the finish line - and we can discuss who that might be. :)

I liked 911 SC that Holly Hunter drove in "Saving Grace" (TV series), for example.
