I bought a 981s Boxster days ago, which has the original S/D steering wheel. However, horns and shift paddles just doesn't work, I think there is a problem with the steering wheel control unit. I want to know the part number of the steering wheel control unit. Or other ideas about this problem.

Thanks

The control unit is part of the clockspring and airbag connections, directly under the steering wheel. You will need a PIWIZ computer to read the values from the old unit and write them to the new one to complete a replacement.

I'd double-check the 2-3 wiring plugs first by pulling the airbag (disconnect battery first) and making sure they were seated properly.
