Rear Clunking Noise coming from my 2011 Boxster S with 32,000 miles. Happens when:

(a) When car is cold just after starting I turn the wheel far left or far right, while car is not moving, clunking occurs; however, noise is coming from under the car near engine. Clunking will cease, in regards to turning wheel, after driving car.

(b) When I come to a full stop I get the same clunking noise as listed above in (a)

I would start by checking your power steering fluid level.
