Anyone else? I checked the fuse and it looks. I can't find where the relay is. I can't move it by hand so I'm thinking it may be the motor. I pulled the plug and checked the pins but I'm not sure which is which when I checked with a multimeter. I didn't see 12V no matter what arrangement I did.

Assuming you have a 987 there is a wiring diagram for it in the files section on this site. Here is a link. On page 144 it shows the rear window wiper circuit.

It basically shows the fuse as C6 and 15 amp in the left kick panel. The Control Unit that controls it is under the driver's seat. Doesn't show a relay unless it is in the Control Unit. The wiring diagram of the Control Unit is on page 16.
