Removed the standard AC control unit from the center deck of my 2006 Porsche Cayman S. Performed the ClimaRepair switch replacement thing. Re-installed the unit, and after an initial, brief operating episode, I identified that all functionality has been lost. On the initial test, the fan came on full, and I was able to use the new switch (with flimsy operation) to toggle down. Now nothing works. The unit is lit. I re-moved it a second time, reopening the unit and recompleting all steps. Reinstalled it to no avail. Was careful to use a no static work cloth during the 'operation'. What am I overlooking? Anyone been down this road? Thanks in advance...
