Hi ... i'm on GEN2 cayman S. I didn't option for an LSD. Kinda regret it now. Is it possible to go back to dealer to have the LSD retrofitted.
Any idea on the cost?
Thanks

The short answer is yes, but it will cost you big $$.

I would consider a Guard LSD and have a Porsche specialist workshop install it.

I checked with Suncoast and Porsche was willing to sell me a diff for my non LSD PDK. The only downside is that Porsche packs the diff very nicely inside a new transmission so it will arrive safely

Considering we have sold more than 250 Quaife ATB differentials to members on this site alone, we must have also have done something right. The manual 6 speed box is the same Gen1 and Gen2 so the Quaife ATB fits both generations and at £725 (approx $1093) you may well find it less expensive than all the others !! :)

I think with the PDK transmission, the LSD is integrated in the transmission housing and cannot be added on separately.
