It seems I have a slight "rip"/ tear in leather in glove box, it's not too big but as we all know, everytime I get into the car, I can't seem to stop staring at it.

Question: How do I repair?
Any tips

I'm very interested in this also, I have a similar scratch on the dash near the Chrono clock, also some scratchs/dents on the hand brake.
I was going to try a hot towel like some random sites advised, but maybe the experts here have a better DIY solution:).

Go to a high end Leather Furniture Store, ask who does their leather repair. There are leather repairman who will make this minor tear disappear forever. I was in the Furniture Business for 40 years and in the last 10 they have been able to work wonders, even on rips through the leather. Price should be reasonable since you can take the vehicle to them.

Are you sure that is leather? It looks like the Luxor beige standard dash...

is this a surface scratch or a tear in the leather?, it looks like a tear.
There are some leather repair kits in the market, I'm planning to use it on the driver seat to repair a small tear in the leather,
check this 3M kit

I'm not sure if this will work on just scratches though.
