I've only required service once and used Plaza Porsche because that's where I purchased the car. I had less than satisfacory results. I'm coming up on 10,000 mile service and was wondering if anyone has experience with Parktown in Kirkwood. I'm looking for advice on price, timeliness, and overall customer satisfaction. Thank you

Have used Plaza a couple of times to date and had similar results. Was planning on trying Parktown next time for the 30K service. If you end up at Parktown, please share your experience as I will mine.

Will do. I'm at about 8,500 so it won't be long. Thanks

Had the 10,000 service at Parktown, also had them re-balance front wheels. Other than price, $240 for the service and another $80 for the wheels, the service was fine. They gave me a nice loaner to use and got the work done quickly.

PCA members get a 20% discount on parts and labor at Parktown. That would have more than paid for a year's membership ;)
