2006 Boxster S with 40K miles
Got a ''system fault go to workshop'' message, went to local indy shop that got a ''front communication problem'' code.
What happens is that my light switch is all messed up.
Whenever I turn my lights on or off I the ''system fault'' message either comes on or goes off.
I had daytime running lights installed-configured in April of 2009. I always used to have to turn the lights on manually to have the interior dash-tachometer lights illuminated but ever since I've been getting this code they come on automatically...weird....
I'll be taking my car to my Porsche indy shop in a few days but until then anyone know what the heck could be going on?
I know faulty ignition switches have been known to create weird electrical problems but mine seems to be working fine.
