How long do the TPMS sensors last? Is it time or miles? I'll start; 7 years and 20,000miles and still going strong.

7 years and about 35k. I only had one fail but they replaced all 4 since they claimed 7 years was the max they usually last.

replaced mine (2008 CS) in late 2014 (so a bit over 6 years) when the first one failed.

I previously had a 2004 Saab 9-3 Aero that I had for 10 years, it still had the original TPMS senders when I sold it.

There's a way to check remaining battery life. Not sure how but I do know dealers can. Never had a chance to test mine because they all started to give me wierd pressures after 6 1/2 years. Swapped them with the site sponsor OE Wheels Titan brand and everything was right with the TPMS world again. Schnell can help you with replacement too.
