Strut brace is a chassis stiffener. Sway bars are part the of the suspension and reduce body roll by transferring suspension force to the opposite side of the vehicle.

could you explain the difference between strut brace addition and sway bars upgrades?

Strut brace holds the upper frame strut from side ways torque motion during spring/shock compression and rear ones reinforce the frame supports while threshold braking. The adjustable sway bars help control body roll during aggressive cornering and aid in balancing the inherent understeer f to r. The above sway bars are fully adjustable along with adjustable down links which connect to the wheel uprights f and r. They are mandatory when corner balancing your car preventing sway bar pre
load.

Btw what brand are the sway bars?

Yes, any sway bar is going to be more effective then chassis bracing. Those look like Tarett bars for an older Porsche. I run the Tarett sways:
