About to buy a second hand one, the tyres are pretty much gone, dealer saying £500 to change 4 but where on earth can you get that price from, seems more like £800 for a set of 4 new tyres.

Am i missing something?

Thanks

If they are a CPO then they should only be offering Porsche approved tyres as detailed in the manual, and if not then that would be very strange, but 500 sponds sounds a bit cheap.

Ask the dealer what brand of tyre they are offering, and if it is not PZeros, PS2's, RE050's, Conti SC2's or GY F1's then they are not "N" (Porsche approved).

That's not to say you can't use other tyres but I think the dealer should only be offering Porsche approved tyres.

I just paid £1000 for a set of 4 19 Michelin ps'2 N2 if that gives you a guide from Protyre. I suspect you will find he is offering Nankings or Hankook's for that kind of money (£500)
