I had exactly the same issue. Dealer replaced the hose with a new one under warranty and told me that the new hose is 'softer' then the old one so it should not break again. To me, old and new parts seems 100% identical.... During the days I had to wait for the dealer job i temporarily fixed it joining a piece of silicon hose into the two broken pieces.Quite easy and cheap. It would have worked for a long time. If you want to do the same be sure to have a quite long soft silicon hose available. At least one feet long in order to avoid sharp corners that could result in bending/clogging the pipe.
