I am not being flippant when I say: Plasti-dip! Unless money is no object (in which case I'd just buy new black rims), spray on five or six cans of Plastic-dip yourself. Go to dipyourcar.com. They've got sweet colors and excellent DIY videos. I just did mine and they look, in my humble and biased opinion, amazing! And for just $60.00.

The black base (4 coats) then the metalizer (2 coats). Took an hour of prep and about 3 hours for the multiple coatings. Less than $75. Bought through Amazon.
