Congrats on the find with amazing color. Car looks great. Carmine red was my top color but nearly impossible to find. I recently just picked up a white S.Finally took delivery of my new-to-me Carmine Red 981 Boxster GTS 6spd.
I'm coming from a base PDK 718 Boxster (which I loved), but I just felt like I wanted something a little more special. And, boy does this not disappoint.

I didn't do that myself; the shop that did the wrap also tinted the headlights (plus the side markers and taillights) for me.@Kevin CS
What headlight kit did you use? I like how it's subtle enough to make the headlights match the wheels and takes the chrome down a notch. Normally I'm not big on tinted headlights but you have me questioning trying it myself.
That picture was taken at one of the turn offs on the Mt. Washington Auto Road. I think around June of 2021. The day we were there it was around 70f at the bottom and around 42f at the top. The winds were around 70 mph. There were a lot of pissed off bikers at the bottom because they shut them off due to wind. The last word of advice I got from the Ranger was to hold on to your door because the wind has a tendency to fold them open! He didn't want anything bad to happen to such a nice car. Good guy. Where we took the picture, I had to face the wind and barely got my door open to help the wife out. She couldn't even open hers. Great trip to New Hampshire and drove home in torrential down pour. So glad I got rid of the bike!@Phat Hippy
Wow, where is that? Looks like the perfect place to stretch it's legs. No top down?

Thought that looked familiar - I've been up that road several times back when I lived on the East Coast. Good times! That picture was taken at one of the turn offs on the Mt. Washington Auto Road.
