Totally flat battery. Trickle charger has been on it for 72 hours and electronics still won't even turn on. Figure it's time to jump it. I've got another car in the garage I can do it with, but it's got a 480A battery and the 981 looks like a 780A battery. Anyone know if that's going to cut it before I go through the hassle of breaking out the jumper cables and going through the process?

It should work. A trickle charger doesnt have the push necessary to charge up a completely flat battery, as you found out. You need a heavy duty charger with about 10 amps or so.

I always run the car that is doing the "jump". You're not relying only on battery at that point, but alternator too. So, yes, it should work to jump your car.
